All reservation request must be accompanied by proof of paid annual fee ($25.00).

This administrative fee is valid for the entire 2020 calendar year and is non-refundable.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT (Sports Organizations and TOURNAMENTS ONLY)                                                                           $250.00

The damage deposit shall be used by the City to correct any damage caused by the Responsible Party including but not limited to: damage to a structure, fencing, scoreboard, bleachers, benches, etc.; excessive wear on the turf such that sections need to be replaced; damaged tress, shrubs and/or flowers; damage to the irrigation system. If costs associated with the damage repair exceed the amount of the damage deposit the City reserves the right to invoice the resposnsible party for the excess amount.

Facility Rental Fee Schedule (2 hours minimum)

     Application Fee (Non-Tournaments and Non-Special Events)       $25.00 per year

     Resident Fee                                                                            $5.25 per hour

     Non-resident Fee                                                                      $7.25 per hour

     Lighted Facilities                                                                       $20.75 per field / per day (in addition to hourly use fee)

Field/Court Prep Fee Schedule

     Football Field:

          Initial Set-up Fee                 $300.00 per field

          Material Fee                        $ 64.00 (8 gallons)

          Re-striping Fee                   $ 60.00 per field

     Lacrosse Field:

          Initial Set-up Fee                $180.00 per field

          Material Fee                       $ 40.00 (5 gallons)

          Re-striping Fee                  $ 60.00 per field

     Soccer Field:

          Initial Set-up Fee                 $120.00 per field

          Large Field Material Fee     $ 48.00 (8 gallons)

          Small Field Material Fee     $ 35.00 (4.5 gallons)

          Re-striping Fee                   $ 50.00 per field

     Sand Volleyball:

          Full groom Fee                   $ 50.00

The City of Richland will not place holds on fields and the reservation/use is only confirmed upon payment of the application fee.  

All field/court reservations must be paid prior to use. 

Reservation modifications and cancellations: 

Notifications to modify or cancel made ten (10) or more business days from the reserved date(s), will receive a 100% refund of fees.

Notifications to modify or cancel made less than ten (10), but more than five (5) business days from the reserved date(s), will receive a 50% refund of fees.   

Notifications to modify or cancel made less than five (5) business days from the reserved date(s) will result in no refund of the original reserved date(s).
