[City of Richland] 2025 BCC Application

Membership Requirements:

Current employees are not eligible to serve on any City board, commission or committee. RMC 2.28.520
BCC members are limited to serve on no more than two boards, commissions or committees, including ad hoc or temporary committees in existence for a period exceeding six months. RMC 2.04.110(C)
Youth Arts Commission applicants must be between 16 – 19 years of age. RMC 2.17.020
Youth Arts Commission and Parks & Recreation Commission applicants must reside in the Richland School District or the Kennewick School District within Richland city limits. RMC 2.04.110(D)
BCC members shall be residents of the City, except for youth members as described above, and members of the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee and Economic Development Committee, who shall be corporate citizens of Richland. RMC 2.04.110(D)
