Please upload a copy of your written permission from the Richland property owner where your fireworks stand will be located.
If you haven't already, please contact Parks and Recreation at (509)942-7529 to establish a contract and complete the Special Event Application.
For additional information and to obtain the Special Event Application, visit our website at: https://www.ci.richland.wa.us/residents/event-permits.
Please upload a copy of your detailed site plan showing the dimensions of the property, existing development, location of: the proposed food-vehicle, existing and proposed parking spaces, ingress/egress, public utilities, existing or proposed restroom facilities (for employees only), outdoor seating and/or equipment(if provided) and garbage containers. Planned layout of the stand must be included on the site drawing.
Please upload a copy of $500,000 public liability and property damage insurance, which shall include product liability coverage, naming the City as an additional insured (see Richland Municipal Code 5.13 for determination of damage insurance requirements).
Please upload a copy of your active Washington State Patrol Fireworks Permit
Please upload a list of all fireworks to be sold at this stand.
Payment must be received prior to final approval.
