Please upload a copy of your detailed site plan showing the dimensions of the property, existing development, location of: the proposed food-vehicle, existing and proposed parking spaces, ingress/egress, public utilities, existing or proposed restroom facilities (for employees only), outdoor seating and/or equipment(if provided) and garbage containers.
Please upload a copy of $500,000 public liability and property damage insurance, which shall include product liability coverage, naming the City as an additional insured (see Richlnad Municipal Code 5.13 for determination of damage insurance requirements).
