[City of Richland] BLRF Application -10.2025

Thank you for your interest in the City of Richland’s Business License Reserve Fund.

Applications for 2026 awards will be accepted until Friday, November 14, 2025, at 5:00 pm.

Qualifying applications will be forwarded to the Economic Development Committee and the City Council as part of the review and decision process.
